There is yet another thing if you want a clean re-install. Please, close the Viewer and erase the entire folder  \%appdata%\Roaming\Remote Utilities Files\ then start the Viewer again.

Warning: your address book file/files are in that folder, specifically the general address book (connections_4.xml) and maybe other books that you created. I recommend that you copy these books elsewhere for importing later after you've finished.

I recommend that you add the Viewer's %APPDATA% folder to your antivirus software exceptions first. Perhaps the keys.dat file is getting corrupted or deleted by a/v software each time it is created by Remote Utilities.

Yes, unfortunately this might be a side effect of using the monitor driver. So if you do not absolutely need it (i.e. for the blank remote screen feature) you are advised to disable it.

If the Host has already been installed the monitor driver can be un-installed from within the Host settings:

Unfortunately, you cannot do that in Remote Utilities alone. I'm sure there is software though that allows you to run certain applications on certain local monitors.

Currently, the Agent picks up the old settings (if there are any) which are located in the registry here:
\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Usoris\Host\

We will certainly reconsider this behavior. Namely, we'll think implementing different scenarios including the one when the old settings can be overwritten by new ones.

Thanks for letting us know. Perhaps, this has something to do with multiple runs of the Agent on the same computer and cached data. Let us check this more thoroughly and I will get back to you soon.

Could you try restarting the remote session , that is - close the Full Control window and re-launch it - after you change resolution.

We tried to reproduce the issue but we coudn't. The configurator works as it should, and the file is downloaded from the server successfully.

Perhaps, that was some temporary glitch? Could you try configuring now and let us know.
