Hi,
I know this has come up in the past, but I havn't heard anything for a while and I was wondering what the progress was towards a Linux server version of the RU id Server?
Having moved completely away from Microsoft several years ago now, I am very much missing RU and looking forward to the id Server being released for Linux.
If I can assist with beta testing, then please let me know as I am happy to help towards a full release.
Kind regards,
Barry.

Hi,
Just to say that I am also interested in a RU self-hosted server for Rocky / Red Hat Linux, for CLI.
I would much appreciate an update as to when this is likely to be available.
Cheers.

OneClick installer doesn't send password in email code.

Host 6.10.9.0
Viewer 6.10.9.0
All O/S are Windows 10 (1803-1903)
I built all three installer packages as I wasn't sure which version I would need for my client.
I tested the OneClick installer and after the "Are you sure you want to install" dialog box, their was no further interaction, so this was good, although it could probably do with an "Install is complete" dialog box as well.
The issue is that the email code returned from the installer doesn't contain the client access password so once you add the client to the viewer and then try to do anything, you get a popup box asking for the password, which was auto-generated by the OneClick installer, so no one knows what it is!!
I have disabled the OneClick installer from my clients resources at the moment as this basically allows me to see the client, but I'm unable to do anything for them.
The msi installer works well, but if the client manually runs it over the top of an existing install, it asks you to remove it rather than automatically apply an upgrade?
Trying to find an easy installer for non-technical clients.
Otherwise, really good product.
Any assistance would be most welcomed.
Cheers,
Barry.
