OK, that explains.
But, as this is fresh install, can you confirm, that the preferred install folder should be Program Files?

Server2.7 requires a 64-bit OS, yet the default install folder is the x86 folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Remote Utilities - Server\



while it should be the a64 folder:
C:\Program Files\Remote Utilities - Server\
