I still can not use the Remote Utilities software or open the page www.remoteutilities.com, the firewall blocks everything about Remote Utilities.

Hello James:

Check in CMD.EXE (Console mode) if you have an active connection with the "Net Use" command.

Verify that the computer has Windows Professional version, the Home versions are not administrable in a domain.

I try in "upgrade your support level." to upgrade a Mini and put the license and I reject it.

Need to get suupport ticket.

Hi:

I can´t use Remote Installation in Active Directory,  it gives me Error # 1202:

"Unable to connect to a network drive.
The name of the local device has a memorized connection to another network resource "

I am Domain Administrator.
