Hi,

We managed to solve connection problems.
In our case the problem was our custom ID server which we initially installed inside a virtualised server.
Since other servers are virtualised in the same environment, they share network interface and it seems this configuration interfered with ID server.

We have now moved ID server to physical computer and connection problems are gone.

We are using Internet-ID to connect using our own intermediary server.

Everything is up to date with latest beta versions.
Is there a log from Viewer side I can send perhaps?

Right, sorry.
Not ability to choose IP, but to list through them.
Somehow I thought that “first” in the list is “selected” interface.

Anyway, multiple network interfaces is the only difference that I can notice.

Unfortunately, no such thing is possible, it is a live server.

Only thing I noticed is that server has three network interfaces.
I do select one in remote utilities but could it be this is confusing host software and is trying to switch between interfaces which is causing issues then?

Hi,

I sent logs to an email, but there are way to few entries there.
Disconnects happen sometimes every couple of seconds.

I do not believe there are network issues because we often copy gigabytes of data with that client - without a single issue so far.

Also, other remote software we tried are stable as well.

We are evaluating Remote Utilities and like it so far, but we need stable connections to decide for purchase.

Yes this is happening on latest beta downloaded couple of days ago (both host and viewer).

We are using our own ID server, but we have connection issues with only one client (quite important one though).

I can send logs from both sides, but I will need instructions on how to do it.

Hi,

I am having the same problem and I am wondering if issuing new IDs helped?

It is not easy to change IDs for us since problematic computers are customers servers which are not easily accesssable.
