I found that RDS sessions on a RDS server (terminal server) are supported and and I can connect, but Citrix ICA sessions are not listed in the drop down.

Are ICA sessions supported?

I'm connecting directly and not using my on-prem RU Server.

Is there a way of access a Run Only Agent without having the Agent added to my Address Book in Viewer?

For example, I've a remote user that I helped, and will only help one time, that is now in my Address book after I finished the session (I used the "Add connection.." to connect to the remote PC).

Is there a way of connecting that doesn't involve added an entry to the address book?  (I probably missed it in the documentation).
