[Resolved] Ghost image when connected

V 7.1.7.0

When connecting to remote site, a ghost label appears on the lower right part of the screen letting us know we're connected. Is there any way to eliminate this ?

windows 7 / 10 mouse movement on host

Support level: Free or trial

Set up 2 new windows 10 laptops ( same issue on a windows 7 desktop )
When these devices are running host, their native mouse movement becomes erratic.
You move the mouse on the host computer and it bounces back to the point it was when connected to it using viewer.

Nothing obviously wrong in the settings

REALLY troublesome.
