Frequent disconnects

Hi

I have the same problem and always have!

I use RU server and agent by my customer.
Disconnect after 2-10 min., reconnect again and ask for password.

It's annoying

I regularly have trouble with the agent being blocked and the blockage cannot be removed.
See attached.
What can I do?

I have make a host agent using MSI-configurator in version 6
How to upgrade host to version 7?
Do I have to make a new MSI-package?
