Host file keeps on stopping

Just sent it, it had 3 files so I winrar'ed it and emailed. log.rar.

I am planning to visit site this morning so I will see if there is anything else that is preventing it from working normally.

Not sure if there is any crash message, the host icon is visible. But doesnt allow log in. have to right click and then restart. works for a day or two then stops agian

I have latest version on host and viewer on Windows 10. Host file on host PC keeps on stopping and has to be restarted manually everytime need to log in.

Well, I upgraded to 6.3 but after windows 10 upgrade, icon has gone from Host and I cant connect to host, says offline, I re-installed got new ID but still no joy. My other PC with Win 10 works good.
