I would also urge you to move this feature up in the priority list - it's been discussed since as far back as at least 2015 and is now showing up in many competing products - very important for those of us billing for support time and working outside of an expensive comprehensive support platform.
Windows Defender finding Trojan:Win32/Tilken.B!cl in C:\Program Files (x86)\Remote Utilities - Host\rfusclient.exe (see image). Server and viewer versions 126.96.36.199, Windows 10 1703, Windows Defender Threat definition version 188.8.131.52 created 7:33:13 PM 9/28/17
I've been using Remote Utilities to provide support to about 125 PCs across dozens of clients for almost 3 years - so I use it often. It has seemed over the past few months to have become far less reliable than in times past - frequent disconnects, several recent instances where after installation of the Host and despite the fact that it is set to start automatically, it does not - forcing a call to the client to manually run the Start Host app. And the "Update outdated hosts" selection in the viewer seems to be hit or miss - sometimes it works, sometimes not, sometimes if I run it three or four consecutive times for a given host it will finally work. These irritations have been pretty consistent throughout the last few versions (just updated to 184.108.40.206 tonight). What's the prognosis? I know this sounds like just a general rant rather than specific problems to solve, but I'm not imaging it and I really want to keep liking and using your software.
