Can't connect to Host on Remote Computer

I'm new to Remote Utilities and have been testing it by connecting to remote PCs. It works ok with some, but on others it fails.

The host PC shows a "blue circle" indicating that it's able to connect,  but I can't connect to it using the Viewer. I checked the error log and it shows two error messages

Exception: HTTP/1.1 502 Proxy Error ( The specified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) port is not allowed. ISA Server is not configured to allow SSL requests from this port. Most Web browsers use port 443 for SSL requests. ) (EIdHttpProxyError).

as well as

Internet-ID ErrorCode <> 0 Error code : 1

I can't change the proxy server settings, but my understanding is that if the circle is blue, it means connections are possible. Can you please advise on this matter?
