I have an odd issue with a customers PC. He has a PC with Windows 7 and Office 2013 installed that he remote controls from a second PC running windows 7 with an Epson printer attached.
He can print perfectly from Sage accounts, MS Word, notepad, Adobe Acrobat but cannot print reports directly from Microsoft Access.
If I pause the Remote utilities printer I can see then print job going to the print queue but when I un-pause the queue the job seems to just disappear out of the queue into thin air.
I can print the report to a PDF using CutePDF writer then print the resulting PDF so I am guessing the report/print file is ok.
What could be causing reports in Access to not print?
