I've been thoroughly testing your software and need to commend you on two points. 1) This is probably the most intuitive software program I have ever used and 2) this is probably the most feature packed software program I've used. The combination of these two is no simple feat. Thank you for your hard work.
I have two simple questions (at least, I hope):
I am going to be bundling this remote support solution with my software to be installed on computers across our organization. Not all of these computers will be in the same location or domain so I would like to use the Internet ID option with the one-click installer. It will be bundled in my installer with a checkbox option that states "enable remote support." I was wondering if there is any possible way to disable the final popup that states "Software installed... sending e-mail... confirm?" Another words, I'd like the installer to be COMPLETELY silent. Is this possible?
Also, the application I wrote phones home to register the computer. Is there any way to read the internet ID and send this along with the other data? I found the registry keys so I could probably do that. I guess I need to disable the e-mail feature though, but still generate the Internet ID. Is this possible?
Thanks again for taking the time to review my questions.
