I tried doing the same thing, but it won't start minimized and even if so, if can pop out after some time so we have to minimize it again.
It can really affect our workflow we cannot allow anything to pop on the screen while working.
Is it possible for you to have add option in the next update to disable the status panel completely?

is it possible to get host .msi file version 7.6.2.0? i can't find a download.

New connection panel on the Host side. It now shows the list of connection modes actively being used by users/admins connected to this Host. You can also terminate any session or cancel authorization. For paid licenses, this panel can be hidden or restricted.

I want to disable it completely or at least make it be always hidden as default just like it was in previous versions.
