I have had the same problem for a few months.  Probably same,  back to Sept.  Used to work with no problems,  never worked since. Have cleared all caches, uninstalled, reinstalled.  Says version is 12.7.1. Android is version 11, One UI version is 3.1.
I can get a msg that says "app does not run in split screen" but see no setting to turn that on/off.  But never used split screen.  
Would also like the earlier version as of Sept 2-24.  When looking to download versions it only looks like Windows versions available.  The file is an exe, and have no way to install if that is correct.
If I look at open apps, I can see the RU screen, but when selecting it, the window never appears.  

Same version is working fine on phone, but really too small to do any real work.  OK to look over one's shoulder, but not able to use keyboard as operator.
