Thanks! The issue was solved. Now I am getting full control of the host.

Hi!

The Windows version of the host computer is Windows 10.  I can see it on line and try to get full control.  However I cant connect to this host computer.  It keeps loading.  After I close the remote utilities window, I see the computer as a log on computer.  See the images.  I already unistall the software and reinstalled it, but with the same results.  Can you help me with this issue?

Windows 64.  Version 7.2.2 of remote utilites.  After the last update, the host went offline.  I ran Start Host with no success. The app was uninstalled and reinstalled.  Now I have an error message saying the item 'rutserv.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved.  I had removed, restart the pc, download the app, and installed it again for several times with no success.
