[ Closed ] [Resolved] black screen when connecting to each remote host

Hi there,
I'm facing an issue after several months since my last use of rut viewer for android.
The hosts I'm trying to reach are win10PRO or win11PRO.
I recall I didnt have any issue in the past for the same hosts, but today I get a black screen after the connection (that seems successful even reading the log events).
I tried updating the android app to the last version with no luck...
The version of my android remote utlilities app is: "7.1.7.0m12.4.1 x64"
Some ideas? I'm missing something?

Hello Marco,

Thank you for your message.

Please try enabling the Use legacy capture mode feature on one of your Hosts. You can enable it in the Host Settings -> Other tab.
After enabling the feature please make sure to restart your Host to apply changes.
In addition, please also make sure that your Android OS on the device is updated to the most recent available version as well.

Let us know if this works for your or if the issue still persists.
