Remote host problem

After a certain period of time after installing the remote host program, the service of the program becomes inoperable. about 150 users experience this problem.

With the latest update, the system has become completely inoperable.

Could you please clarify if the 250 users are the techs or the endpoints and if they are remote users or you have access to remote machines?

Please note, that if you have a commercial license, it would be better to specify your support level.
