Unable to login to host, say Online but try to login & goes Offline

For some reason one of my Hosts has stopped allowing me to login.
It shows as Online in my list
Yet when I try to login it then does the 5 attempts and goes to my Offline list.
Then as soon as it has stopped attempting to login it pops back to my Online list.
and repeat...
I know the PC is online because I run Plex on that PC and can access the files via Plex fine.
I also have another PC right next to this one having the issue that I am able to login to without any problems
This PC has not had this issue previously.
Both Host and Viewer are running the latest versions
I'm guessing the only solution is to reboot the Host PC, but given that it is miles from my current location that is sub-optimal
Any ideas?

Thank you for your message.

Please make sure to add Remote Utilities to the exception list of any antivirus software you may have on the Host machine where the issue occurs. You can follow this guide to do so.
If Host installation folder was previously added to the exception list but the issue still persists, please send us the latest Host log file for examination. You can send it to [email protected].
