Black Screen on Win10 ( fresh install )

Latest version of Viewer on my computer, and latest version of Host in my server.

Both OS are Win10x64 .

All computers have a Graphics card Installed with latest graphics driver.

All functions work good, except for the black screen!

GPU : Nvidia GT 1030 on the server with HOST 6.8

Funny thing is that the image in the Thumbnail works perfectly and updates what's happening.

Don't know what the issue might be , on the internet there's not much info about it.

I can give remote desktop access to the servers if someone needs to check the bug or problem.
