Unknown error when saving MSI

I am running Remote Utilities Viewer 6.8.0.1 on a Windows 10 Pro PC. I am using the MSI Configurator with the Online Configurator option. I am able to go through the whole process and it completes the sending portion and pops up the "Save As" dialog box. When I provide the file name and location and click "Save" it immediately creates a dialog box that says "Unknown error" and nothing is saved. I have done this process in the past without trouble but now it has failed multiple times today.

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
In this happening on the same computer or on different computers? Could you please try running the process on another computer (or virtual machine) and also try saving to a different directory.
Please, let us know if the issue persists. Thanks.

Also, for experiment's sake could you switch to the English interface language and try the same process. Let's see if this issue is about the language file.

Hello ,
We are currently looking in to this issue and trying to reproduce it. We will keep you updated.
P.S. To avoid duplication on the forum I will remove another topic with the same subject.

The issue has been fixed. Please, try building your package again and let us know if there are any problems.

Issue appears to have come back in viewer 6.10.10. I was able to generate package in a previous version. Now I have updated and unable to generate one.

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
Could you please try configuring the package again and let me know if the issue persists? I checked with my coworkers - the issue has been fixed and the MSI configurator tool works fine now.
Hope that helps.

I did. Multiple times. The only way I was able to generate a package was with the local package generation. Since that is an unsigned package windows ten doesn't really like the package. I got the error message right at the point that it popped up asking me to save the file. I hit save and it says unexpected error. try again.

Hello,
Thank you for the details.
Could you please specify in approximately what time of the day you were attempting to configure the package using online configurator? Apparently, there was a connectivity issue between the MSI configurator tool's server and our website's server today. However, it was fixed and right now all types of supported packages can be configured without any issues.
Looking forward to your reply.
