I am getting an unable to connect error message - and continues to attempt 5 times. I am successfully connected to other computers and I was until uninstalled a connection and reinstalled the connection.

Could you please clarify what connection method is used - Direct connection or Internet-ID connection?
In addition, please also let us know what authentication method is used when connecting to the remote Host?

i'm use old version 6.8 host and viewer it's was working good but before 5 days i can't connect to host pc i'm use internet ID and password i see my pc host online but when i press above icon to connect my pc host convert to offline and after moments back to online please help me i'm use this program ver 6.8 from 3 years and I don't like update

Unfortunately, the Internet-ID feature in version 6 of Remote Utilities is no longer available for free or trial users. Please try upgrading your installation to the latest version 7.1.2.0 following this step-by-step tutorial. This way you can continue using Remote Utilities for free. In version 7 we've also improved/fixed a lot of previously known issues and added some new features as well, you can see the full list here.
