When I remote into my Windows 10 host machine and access QuickBooks, it cuts off part of the application and I'm unable to access it. I tried adjusting the viewer and host settings but it still cuts off the right side of the application. Please advise.
Could you please clarify if I'm right in assuming that it's not possible to view the entire QuickBooks application window in the Full Control and View mode? If this is the case, could you please clarify which screen view mode do you use? In addition, please try using the Stretch view or the Fullscreen stretch view and see if it helps to resolve the issue.
