Using latest host/viewer 7.1.7 on Windows 10 PCs with NVidia GPUs causes black screen on viewer when monitors are not connected (headless). This is resolved by running Legacy Mode on the host however, in this mode, certain apps will not refresh on the viewer - the image of the app becomes static. Everything else on the desktop works fine. Its just certain apps that will only display a static image such as the Windows 10 Spotify app or the Maps app. In my case, the Sheep-It Render Farm app is completely static and does not show incrementing progress. It only shows the last image of it when a monitor was connected. This Legacy Mode bug only seems to affect "tablet apps" and not traditional software like Autocad, Photoshop, or Google browser. Turning off Legacy Mode however, will cause the black screen on headless stations with a GPU card installed. The black screen does not seem to occur on PCs that only use the basic onboard video. It only seems to occur when a PCIe GPU card is installed without a monitor connected to it.
