Is there a way to use all monitors on the viewer when connected to a host? If 2 monitors are set up, the viewer puts both of them together on one monitor.
Yes, the schedule is set. The only way I have been able to get it to sync is if I delete the address book and add it again. But any changes made after the initial setup it will not update.
I didn't realize that the domain controller wasn't added. I added it, but it shows old computers that are no longer in active directory, or they are disabled and no longer in an OU. Can't I just sync the address book and not add the domain controller?
I recently had to reinstall RU on the server. Everything is working including active directory sync, but if there are any changes on active directory, RU is not updating to show the change. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
We have 2 licenses, and it happens on bother viewers. It is a self-hosted server. On the RU server, I cannot open the administration option. It does nothing when I click on it. Is there a repair option or will I need to reinstall it?
