We use a self-hosted id server.
That's why it would make sense if we could hide the notice in this situation. Unfortunately, we do not have access to the texts/links displayed. The link to RemoteUtilities EULA or Privacy Policy is misleading.

With the newest Release (Version 7.6.2.0) every time the Agent starts

With the new version, a disclaimer is displayed every time you start the agent. How can this be prevented? Unfortunately I couldn't find a setting for this in the MSI configurator.
