Hello Peter,

Thank you for your patience.

I've checked with our developers - this issue might be caused by the antivirus's security mechanisms preventing the screen capture. The only solution that might help here, is to reach out to the Norton support team to see if they can let you know if/how this feature can be disabled within their software.

Let us know if you have more questions.

Like I said before I have already checked with Norton. So I guess I have no solution. Thanks for looking into it anyway.

Hello Peter,

Thank you for the confirmation.

I will forward the issue to our developers to see if they're able to provide any input on this.

I'll get back to you with an update on this shortly.

Hi, any updates?  I could host a screen share session with your developers if they would like to "See" what is going on and maybe check some settings or whatever. If that helps at all?

For some reason on this particular server (Windows 10) the Norton screens are not displaying. See attached screen shot. I can see other open windows fine but nothing from Norton. On other windows 10 machines that I have remote utilities installed I can see norton screens  without any problems. Is there a Norton setting or a RU setting that I am missing? Maybe a weird firewall setting?  I only have this issue on this one machine. When I visit it in person I can see all the windows as you would normally expect. Any help/ pointers greatly appreciated.

Hello Peter,

Thank you for your message.

How do I remove it since it is a legitimate connection ? This message assumes unauthorized access.

This connection alert is persistent and cannot be removed. The notification was added for security reasons and is shown for all trial and free license users. Sorry if this makes our software less useful for you.

By the way the grammar is wrong as well ... it should be " Your computer..." not "You computer..."

Thank you for the feedback. We'll make sure to correct this typo as soon as possible.

Please let us know if you have other questions.

Here is a perfect example of what I am talking about:  https://gyazo.com/7b7f662bb42d27736ace1e1b3c4a71f1
it can't be moved and I can't read what is behind it ... if you could just make it moveable all would be fine.

At the very least it should be moveable on the screen as its location is right over the message area of the taskbar, it is hard to read any information that displays underneath it. Keep it if you must but allow it to be moved for readability purposes, please.

Hi, I have this message on my host screen. How do I remove it since it is a legitimate connection ?  This message assumes unauthorized access. It should be able to be acknowledged and then removed from the screen. By the way the grammar is wrong as well ... it should be " Your computer..." not "You computer..."

Thanks! That worked fine. One point though, I had to re-start the host software for it to work. Just one small extra step...  love this software !

Hi, is there any way to access a host computer when there is no monitor attached to it?  Are there any settings on either the host or viewer software that will allow this? I want to be able to access an old desktop computer but I don't want to commit a screen / monitor to it.  Thanks in advance.
