Please dis-regard... Problem was a corrupted config4.xml.  deleting and letting viewer re-create it fixed the problem.

After the debacle on 2/20/2022, i uninstalled and reinstalled the viewer on local pc running Windows 10.  I requestion a free license, (it appears to be the same license that was issued 04-02-2021).  Dragging and dropping it into the license storage window it DOES install, but when i close viewer and re-open it, it says it is still in trial mode and looking at license storage there is no license...  Advise please.

Internet-ID ErrorCode <> 0 Error code: 1

Same thing, and i've got issues on servers i need to deal with!  FIX this!

Well, after restarting everything it's now working.  Not sure what was going on, but i just could not get the IOS end out of 8-bit mode.

The internet connection was fine.  longest ping was 15ms or so...

IOS vesion 11.23 (latest from App Store)

Host version: 6.10.10 for Windows
IOS viewer:    6.10.9.0m11.23.0

with color depth set to 24 bit, display on an Ipad 7th gen. is only showing 8 bit colors
