Hello
Yes, we would like to connect to the Internet ID. The TCP port 5655 was released in the SOPHOS firewall. We have now found that the Quick Support works. When we install the service, the client is shown as available in the administration, but a connection cannot be established.

I have a PC with no monitor connected. Unfortunately I only see a black image when connecting. I installed the beta version 6.12.2.0 on my and the remote PC.
How can I get an image in Remote Utilities even without a screen connected to the remote PC?

Unfortunately, I cannot find a setting in which I can set a different resolution than the original resolution when connecting to Remote Utilities.
The stretched view functions unfortunately have unsightly side effects. E.g. the fonts become fuzzy if, for example, the original resolution is 3840x2160 pixels, on the PC from which you access the remote PC but only 3440x1440.
In [censored] you can set a different resolution for the connection. Is this also possible in Remote Utilities and if not, will this function be added later?

If I install software on a remote PC and want to enter the administrator account and password on this PC, for example when installing on the remote computer, the input window for the user account is not displayed! Only the customer sees this in front of the remote PC. Once the customer has entered the administrator's data, I cannot carry out the installation because the installation window cannot be used by me.
The same applies to the status bar of a remote desktop that I start on the remote PC. Behind the bar of Remote Utilies you should see the bar from the Remote Desktop (Fig. 2). It is only shown briefly and disappears again.

RU server connection via DNS

I found the problem. Several network cards are installed in the server. The RU server probably used a network card without a network or internet connection. So of course no connection could be made. Thanks anyway for your support!
Will there be a possibility in the future to program the software in such a way that a network card can be assigned to it, similar to Hyper-V

Specifying my public IP address directly instead of the DNS service does not work either. I cannot connect to the RU server. NSLOOKUP works flawlessly and the DNS service also works without problems, since I can also establish my VPN connections using this DNS service.
I would be grateful for a problem solution, because this way your program cannot be used.
