was surprised when the update popped up, you guys once again have done an awesome job , for the last few years using the old one when not near my laptop was painful on the phone because if i didnt have the ID for a connection i had to dial into my Lappy and search for the ID etc etc .. well done again guys

been playing with it today on my Pixel Pro XL, works beautifully, exporting the address book from desktop to my google drive and importing was seemless well done was worth the wait

Bingo Conrad, the company uses SimpleHelp on the network tried to run it .. yup Root Certificate issue, as i still have connectivity etc with Remote Utilities will eventually replace the the units in the near future(insert road trip) now here is a curve ball for you we have a unit that runs a transmitter that runs on Winblows NT any chance you guys could do a 16 Bit Version .. only joking :)

hi Conrad these PCs do not have any antivirus and are on open mobile networks so no firewalls etc.. i have a total of 4 not updating all running Winblows 7 pro and have had no updates as such as i said they perform very simple tasks monitoring audio feeds via  streams fed to them, the other 20 units are Winblows 10 which have updated

if it would help if you can email me i can give you access to the unit that would make it easier so you can directly analyze

just a FYI i have a couple of remote Windows 7 Pro machines x64 running as hosts(access to them physically is difficult as they are on tops of mountain sites monitoring radio broadcast systems)similar issue they wont update using simple update and stay on 7.6.2.0 still functioning fine though

Yes i have , best way to describe, on the connections list when logged on they are green, if a use Shift to highlight all the green connections and right click to loggoff only the last in the list logs off and not the others, was working fine in the previous version

just updated i have a Mini license,  i could highlight multiple connections and logoff, now only logs only one at a time
