As per title. Upd ated my viewer to 6.9.4.0 and when prompted however now all of my attempts to connect to any PC requests a password, none of the ones I have se t work.

I use the RU Server for all my clients (also updated to latest version).

Read through the upgrade guide but this wasn't mentioned anywhere. What's changed?

The inventory manager is a nice tool, but it would be great if the results were stored in the server database and could be referenced later on if the machine is offline. Perhaps also have a setting to automatically refresh the data every X days or similar?

Just tested on some other machines, seems to definitely be an issue for any machine that doesn't have its display turned on. For desktops the screen is just woken up as you would expect, but laptops with closed lids (that are not asleep) won't respond.

<censored>/Other connection methods don't have a problem. Any suggestions? This could be a pretty major issue for me as a huge number of my clients use almost all laptops and will often lock/close them.

Issue is only for viewing screen as well. Remote terminal/exec/registry and everything else works fine.

I'm currently using the trial version and would like to check exactly how many technician licenses are active at a time, so I can get a good understanding of when one is and isn't consumed. Is there a way to do this?

True, but I have disabled that function and closing the lid does nothing but switch the LCD off as is standard.

I can still VNC to the machine no problem so it’s still active on the network.

The host is on the laptop, the viewer is on a workstation and connecting to it.
