Years over years. Many requests fro Mac and Linux host and viewer.
I feel that they never planned to release such versions.
I know that the Linux ecosystem is very small (and even the Mac as well) compared to Windows but there is needs for that.
I manage dozens of Linux clients from a Linux client. [censored] is cutting my budget as they changed to yearly subscription with high price.
Even now, after TV has a yearly subscription, RU could be the No1 competitor if there would be Linux&Mac version.
Com'on guys! You're not able to prove us with the first sentence on your Money back guarantee page:
"We strive to provide the best remote desktop software, and your satisfaction is important to us."
No it's not true.

In 2015 you wrote that to release Mac version is your middle term plan and in July 2015 you defined the middle term as "within a year". 3 years later there is still no ETA.Conrad wrote:

Also greatly in need of a Mac agent/host now as its becoming a pain in the ass to use an alternative just for these clients. Even though RU has its quirks its much preferred. Any word on an ETA?
We will do our best to add Mac support as soon as possible. Unfortunately, no ETA for Mac agent/host yet. As for Mac Viewer, we are going to introduce the first beta this year, if all goes as planned.
I don't have time to wait for Linux so in the past 3 years I spent my money to your competitor.
I read a LOT of promises and words here about you plan to release at least Mac version but after more than 3 year there is nothing. Linux version is totally out of scope.
But it would be a really good application but it's a shame instead. Sorry.

Good news after 3 years. ;-) But I'll believe it when I'll install it on my linux machine. And I'd really like to install it on linux especially after [censored] switched to monthly subscription model from one time payment model.Conrad wrote:
Thank you, Nick. There is a good chance that we will introduce Linux client together with client for Mac.
