Hello Conrad,
Yes... that is what I was referring to. I had that enabled, but it wasn't working. I exited the viewer, rebooted the PC, and now it works!
Thank you for your help!

I upgraded to RU Viewer 6.8.0.1 from 6.3 and now the quick view feature on the viewer is not working. I used to be able to click on a logged in host and after a second a quick view panel would come up and give me a much larger thumbnail of the host's screen, which I could also pin to the desktop. I found this very useful!
Was this feature taken out... or is there a setting to activate it? If the feature was taken out, please put it back in!!
Thanks,
Robert

I'm using 5.6.06 and am finding the same problem on a couple of Win7 64 bit pcs. It's intermittent. In both cases I had [censored] also installed so I could go in with TV and see that the Usoris service was indeed running after waking from sleep, but I still couldn't connect with RU Viewer. I could get in with TV and the remote pcs seemed to be functioning just fine. If I used TV to stop/restart the Usoris service then I could again connect with the RU viewer ... at least until some random next sleep/wake cycle.
I'm wondering if the service needs to periodically refresh itself to wake up whatever dependencies might still be asleep.
Thanks
