free license is not adding to the license storage

I had to uninstall my version of viewer. when I re-installed I mistakenly selected 30 trial license. now when I u-installed and reinstalled as a free license, I am getting the trial version of viewer. I tried getting a free license...did not work. I recovered my free license key, but when I try to add it to the license storage, It says that the key was added, but now new line appears, as the instructions suggest....how can I resolve this.
