Blue circle beside the Remote Utilities Host icon means that an Internet ID connection is successfully established.
Grey circle means that there's no Internet ID connectivity OR that the Host is currently trying to establish an Internet ID connection.
Black.. There is no black
If there's no circle at all, just the icon, it means that the Internet ID connection is disabled in Host settings, and the Host is only available by an IP address or the DNS name.
