I would like to see a "NOTES" (free form text box) section for each device so you can keep information relevant to just that workstation/server. This information should be exportable.

Hello Michael,

Currently, there's is a comment field available in connection properties. Navigate to Properties -> Additional properties -> Comment field.

It's not rich text though, just a basic field. You can see its contents for different records if you switch to the Details view in the Viewer and hover your mouse pointer over the Comment column.
