Add all PCs that use the RU Server for the ID to an Adress Book

Thinking about replacing [censored] with Remote Utilities

So far I couldn't find a way to see all Hosts/Agents connected to an RU Server from the Viewer, maybe I missed something, but it would be something that's very useful to have, i.e. Creating a `New` Category in which all the PCs not previously added would show up

Especially useful when you want to do remote support, because the Internet IDs are longer than [censored] IDs, so a customer might not have to tell us the whole ID

This is how the auto-import feature works in RU Server. This is how to set it up (provided you also set up address book sync, of course) .
