AUTO-RECONNECT

Is there a setting that I can access that allows me to determine how often and how many times Remote Utilities tries to reconnect? We have fairly frequent disconnections (either because of our internet service or some other issue), and RU sometimes tries to reconnect and sometimes doesn't. It would be great if I could "tell it" to keep trying to reconnect until it is successful. Thanks!

Thank you for your message.

Sorry, but there is no such setting. This process is automatic. You should check your Internet / network connection to address the root cause and eliminate the cause of packet loss. Perhaps, there is some security software or policy in place that prevents the network from working normally.
