We have seen these on a few occasions - a windows error message box with the following details:
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: rfusclient.exe

Mike,
What antivirus software is installed? Try to do the following:
1. Add C:\Program Files\Remote Utilities - Host\* to the exception/exclusion list in your antivirus software.
2. Re-install the Host.
3. Reboot the remote PC.
