Unable to connect using Internet ID

I can connect directly fine, but Internet ID always fails. Log on host shows:

Exception: Socket Error # 10061 Connection refused. (EIdSocketError).
Internet-ID: loopback connect error
Exception: Access violation at address 0067D730 in module 'rutserv.exe'. Write of address 00000105 (EAccessViolation).

Viewer and host are both v5.5.3. Host is Windows 7 64bit.

Seems like network interface binding is on. Please, check Host settings -> Options -> Network tab. The "Bind to IP" option should be set to "Any interface".
