Black Screen - App not Running

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 w/Android 4.0.4

ON running the App I get a lengthy black screen and then a return to
the "desktop"
Taskmanager show the App is NOT running.

What is missing?

We need to wait until the next mobile update is out, because currently there is no logging in the mobile Viewer which would help us to diagnose issues. Sorry for that.
