Log in User and Password on Android

Hi,

I do not see any option to enter a user in the android app when log into a host that uses the user and password authentication option (Remote Utilities Security). It seems it only allows a "single password" (no user) authentication. Is there anyway to log in to a host from the android app using user and password rather than only "single password"?

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, RU Security authentication method is yet to be implemented for mobile Viewer, Single password is the only method available for mobile Viewer. However, we plan to implement a full-fledged address book along with other authentication methods in our future updates for mobile Viewer. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any specific ETA on this. Sorry for the inconvenience.
