Can you please allow logging in to a session from the command line via a username & password?

Hello Brian,

Thank you for your message.

We already have this feature in our wishlist and we plan to implement in one of our next updates, as well as some other features that are related.

Let me know if you have other questions.

Hello Brian,

Just wanted to add some information. If you mean logging on the remote Host using its credentials, then you can run the Viewer executable file C:\Program Files\Remote Utilities - Viewer\rutview.exe using command line parameters. For more information please refer to this Documentation article on Viewer parameters: https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/docs/viewer-parameters/

Hope that helps.

the options you provide for logging in via the command line are great.... but you have added multiple different ways to authenticate to a session but the only command line option you allow is by password.

at a minimum you should provide the ability to login via a username and password.

Hello Brian,

Thank you for your patience.

I forwarded some questions about the feature to our 2nd tier and development and asked for their input.

I will get back to you soon with more information.
