Cannot send email message. Check your internet connection

I am trying to configure an agent.exe file to send an email with the ID and password to me. However I am getting this error every time I open the new agent.exe file: "Cannot send email message. Check your internet connnection."
-The internet is ok. I am able to connect to those same computers that give me the error
-I have tried multiple email addresses. None work.
-I have tried the Configurator in installed Viewer and the portable Viewer on multiple computers

Does anyone have any hints or advice on what I could do next to troubleshoot?

Hello Tyler,

Please, check if you can open the site on the computer where you run the agent file. In order to send an email message the agent file calls a script on this site.
