Non-Responsive Host

Support level: Free or trial
Five Hosts all on Windows 7
Four of the five work fine for remote control.
The fifth one, login fine, see the remote screen, but there is no mouse or keyboard
response.
All Setup seems to be the same as the other four.
All using W7 Firewall with Avast as the anti-virus.
What have I missed?

Thank you for your message.

Could you please perform the following steps:

1. Check in Settings for Host -> Security -> Modes tab. Full control checkbox must be unchecked.
2. Reboot your Host.
