Hi,
RUT stopped working about 0820 UTC. The session I was in dropped and any other yellow endpoint would turn gray and not connect. Client icons turn gray?

I have the same issue at same time (disconnected ~08:15 UTC), internet ID server not reachable:

The server is under maintainance and will be online very soon. Please, note that pinging the server might not work because ping is disabled there.

Thanks Conrad. Ping did start working for a few mins and then back to timed out...?

We are currently investigating the issue. It looks like a failure at the datacenter, that's why it takes that long. We'll keep you all updated via this thread.

My connection is back up!
It would be great if you had a status page like https://status.remoteutilities.com/ to keep users informed about service issues. Maybe you could also add a button for users experiencing problems to report them and provide feedback directly to your team.
