Citrix ICA Session Support

Hello

I found that RDS sessions on a RDS server (terminal server) are supported and and I can connect, but Citrix ICA sessions are not listed in the drop down.

Are ICA sessions supported?

I'm connecting directly and not using my on-prem RU Server.

Thanks for any information!

Host version: 6.255.61100 (made new MSI installer using the online configuration tool today)
RU Server: 6.8.2.0
Viewer: 6.10.10.0

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, Citrix ICA sessions are not supported by Remote Utilities as of yet. However, you can try using the RDP or RDP-over-ID connection instead: https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/docs/rdp/ or Full Control connection mode: https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/docs/full-control-and-view/
