[ Closed ] [Resolved] Above 7.7.x.x cannot be installed on Windows Server 2003

I encountered an installation failure when trying to install versions 7.7.x.x and later on my Windows 2003 system. The installer even deleted the old version. I had tired .exe or .msi version.

Could you give me some advice? Thank you for your assistance.

Please try using this Microsoft tool that helps to automatically fix similar issues with installing/updating software and see if this might help to resolve the issue.

Let us know if this works.

this tool can not install on Windows XP or Server 2003. It's for Windows 10.  

I believe it's related to the installer of the Remote Utilities; it might not be able to run on XP or 2003.
