[ Closed ] [Resolved] Remote desktop size

When I access our PC the desktop size is too large and has horizontal and vertical scroll bars.  Is there a way to make the desktop fit?  Many thanks.

Thank you for your message.

Use the 'Stretch' option Connection properties > Mode.  You can also change the view mode on the fly during a remote session by using the drop down menu 'Additional commands' on the Full Control mode toolbar.

I.e. the stretch option works as a 'shrink' option when remote resolution is greater than the local resolution.
