I am having constant Connection Interrupted messages while trying to access one of my computers. I have tried disabling features to reduce bandwidth and processing needs but I'm missing something because I can't remote in even through RDP. Other devices seem to work without issue. I don't know if this is a multi-display issue (remote PC has 3) or a recent windows update or another milliion things it could be. I've tried chasing down the usual suspects but I'm hoping someone in the community might have seen this and have some advice.
Could you please provide us the following log files for examination? 1. Host log file that can be found in this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Remote Utilities - Host\Logs\. 2. Viewer log. 3. RU Server log. You can send the log files to us to firstname.lastname@example.org or you can also open a ticket in the Ticket System and attach the log files to the ticket.
